Hi, I’m Natalie the founder and resident tea blender here at The Tea Cake Company. I stared The Tea Cake Company journey in early 2012 in the grampians region of Victoria since then I have taken a sea change and am now based in sunny Far North Queensland.
I love tea and I think it is a wonderful daily way of restoring and keeping ones health and wellbeing. I have worked overseas as a herbalist and back here in Australia also, so that is why the business has a strong focus on organics and whole foods as an approach to maintaining wellness. Let’s not forget I love to bake and there is nothing better than home cooked food, so the idea of a cake mix with whole ingredients was formed to give people who are time poor a chance to have a slow food fast but still get in the kitchen.
