Choc Chai Berry Cake Recipe – Gluten Free

Rich and fragrant laden with chai spice & tart raspberries. This variation of our Olive Oil Grain Free Dark Chocolate Cake Mix is a must bake item! The addition of raspberries gives a more fudgy texture and compliments the Ceylon Chai flavour beautifully.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Whisk together eggs, olive oil and Monsoon Wedding tea.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into cake mix until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Gently fold through raspberries into cake batter.
  5. Pour batter into greased 20 cm baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30-40 mins.
  7. When cake is cooled sprinkle icing sugar over cake using a fine mesh sieve.
